In Germany, we are recognised as specialised company according to § 19 I of the Federal Water Act for dealing with filling products that are hazardous to water and we are allowed to carry the corresponding monitoring symbol.
Despite advancing globalisation, you expect qualified support and cost-conscious dealings also when it comes to service. To offer you fast assistance and to increase our service technicians’ mobility, our remote service is available to you. You can use the remote service for troubleshooting per remote diagnosis. For this purpose, Feige FILLING makes use of comprehensive remote maintenance and remote monitoring instruments. Thanks to this service, you are able to increase the operating safety and reduce maintenance and support costs. Our service technicians will dial into your equipment's control system by means of a modem or Internet connection. In this manner, they are able to diagnose any irregularities and to initiate remedial measures.
Optionally, it is possible to use the FEIGE service cam for the transmission of live pictures in support of troubleshooting.
